There is a great need of service for Hispanics that are affected by alcohol/drug abuse. We have been treating the Hispanic population in Elgin since 1986 and since 1990 in Chicago with great success. In order to further help our Hispanic community we find it important to reach out and make ourselves known by working with other agencies in the area.
Target Population
Latino Treatment Center has been serving the Hispanic community since 1986 in Cook and Kane County. We have reciprocity with other agencies in the areas and have formed a referral network to better assist Spanish speaking clients. We have oriented and given conferences on the importance of cultural awareness and substance abuse treatment for Hispanics. Latino Treatment Center will provide services to any male, female or adolescent with a substance abuse issue.
